Use Demo Mode to explore every control without equipment. For a real system, keep the iPhone or iPad and switcher on the same trusted local network.

Connect a device

  1. Open Devices and choose Add Device.
  2. Enter the local IP address or hostname, port, and protocol shown by your system or simulator.
  3. Enter the device password only if authentication is enabled.
  4. Choose Test Connection. StagePilot reads the public system endpoint and identifies the supported family, model, firmware, and capabilities.
  5. Save the profile. Credentials remain in the local Apple Keychain.

Use Demo Mode

Open Devices and select LivePremier, Midra 4K, or Alta 4K under Demo Mode. Demo scenarios are deterministic, work entirely offline, and include all Pro controls. You can change sources, route AUX, run a protected Take, and recall local shotbox buttons.

Program safety

Preview is always selected by default. To change Program or run Take, tap Arm Program. The arm window expires after 30 seconds and is cancelled when the app goes to the background, the device changes, or the connection becomes stale. Global Take and Program memories require a one-second hold.

Trial and Pro Lifetime

The 7-Day Full Control Trial is a free, one-time non-consumable purchase. It begins only after you confirm a verified Apple transaction. It does not renew, does not charge automatically, and never converts to the paid product. StagePilot Pro Lifetime is a separate one-time purchase. Both are restorable through Settings.
