Privacy Policy

StagePilot is designed to operate locally. The app does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal data to the developer.

Data collection

The StagePilot app has no user accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, or developer-operated backend. The developer does not receive device usage, show data, equipment configuration, identifiers, or contact information through the app.

Local network communication

When you add a compatible device, StagePilot communicates directly between your iPhone or iPad and that device over the local network address you provide. This traffic is not routed through a StagePilot server. Local network permission is used only to reach equipment and simulators you choose.

Credentials and certificate trust

Device passwords and accepted certificate fingerprints are stored in the Apple Keychain on your device. They are not included in diagnostic exports. If you choose unencrypted HTTP, credentials and commands may be visible to others with access to that network; StagePilot displays a warning before saving that configuration.

Operational logs

Sanitized connection and command logs remain on your device. They are limited to 2,000 events or seven days, whichever limit is reached first. Logs leave the device only when you intentionally use the export action and choose a destination using the system share sheet.

Purchases

Trial and Pro Lifetime transactions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. StagePilot reads verified entitlement status from Apple but does not receive your payment details. Apple handles purchase history, refunds, and revocations under its own privacy terms.

This website

This static support site uses no cookies, analytics, forms, advertising, or third-party scripts. Cloudflare may process basic technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, and security events, to deliver and protect the site under Cloudflare’s own policies.
